Heather's Doctor Appointment, 2/26/08
Hey guys, Heather had another doctor's appointment the other day. Things are looking good, Heather won't have to go on bed rest. Also, she hasn't dilated any further, yay! Our next doctor's appointment is in 2 weeks. We will keep you posted as things continue to develop.

Heather's Doctor Appointment, 2/20/08
Well Heather had an exciting time at the doctor's yesterday. We found out that the baby flipped and is no longer breach, yay! And we also found out that Heather is 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced.... I don't know if that is too much information, since I don't know what any of that means. From talking with Heather I do know that she could now have the baby at any moment... OH MY GOSH SHE'S HAVING THE BABY RIGHT NOW, just kidding. But if she does go into labor our midwife will not try to stop the delivery. So this is all really exciting for us. Lastly, we have our name selected after much discussion/disagreeing, but we will wait to announce it.
Hope all is well with you guys,
Matt, Heather and little Sydney

Funny Story about Sydney
So here is a funny story, the other night Heather woke up in the middle of the night. It was 2 am or so. And as she laid there out of the corner of her eye she saw something in the room, as she looked over to figure out what it was, she realized it was Sydney sitting in her little kid's chair. The T.V. wasn't on and neither were the lights, but there was Sydney in the dark just sitting in her chair. Wow, talk about creepy.

P.S. I know this story was posted earlier, I wanted to change how it was posted.

Happy Valentine's Day and more
So I hope all of you enjoyed yesterday's imaginary holiday. For Heather and I we went out to eat on Wednesday. We did this to avoid the rush of couples and because it is easier to find a babysitter. This was a great plan since "Lost" (our favorite T.V. Show) is also on Thursdays and we were able to watch it. By the way if you don't watch Lost yet, what are you thinking? It is the greatest show ever made. Last night's episode was seriously one of the best. One more thing, last weekend Heather, Sydney and I joined my brother and his family to go to the park. It was a fun time and the weather here has been amazing. Jeremy and I set a world record of 22 frisbee tosses without a drop, this was after we rapidity failed to even string together a few catches, Jeremy blamed the wind for his poor throwing ability, but we all know the truth. That's it and I hope all of you are doing well.

Heather's Doctor Appointment, 2/5/08
Heather had another doctor's appointmnet today. Everything checks out fine, which is great news... obviously. With Sydney she was on bedrest at this point so it's a huge relief that she is doing good. The baby is breach so if she doesn't turn in the next 4 weeks we are going to need to start talking about a possible c-section. We will see how that unfolds. Other then that not much else here.

Feeling Better
This past weekend was a rough one. It started when Heather, Sydney and I went to an important business meeting. Half way through Sydney is running around and stops to throw up... Everyone was super helpful and the situation was resolved, then 20 minutes later Sydney throws up multiple times throughout the office. It sucked. That night Heahter got hit with the flu as well and it left only me (Matt) to take care of the rest of the family. By the end of the weekend all was well, but the damage was done.
Lots of love and health,
