Merry Christmas!

This is our 5th, that's right 5th Christmas here in China! And for the 5th year in a row our single strand of Christmas lights lazily hanging in our window makes our house the most decorated house on the block.

Last night (Christmas Eve) we had some friends and family over; Natasha, Arlin and Dan to eat some of Heather's delicious chicken alfredo and to watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

This morning the kids woke up and found some presents under the tree which they quickly opened. And we ate some cinnamon rolls that Heather made for the family. Very good times!

After that Natasha, Arlin and Dan all joined us again for some breakfast and cinnamon rolls. We watched the lamest movie of all time (White Chirstmas), which Heather apparently loves. The rest of the day we've spent just relaxing. Sydney went with her friend Allayeh and her family to go play on a pond in a park here.

We hope each of you are doing well and enjoying your Christmas with your loved ones!

Much love,
the petersons

  1. Wish we were there to celebrate with you guys! What is White Christmas? Sounds super old and corny.
